            面試基本內容

            從理論上講,面試可以測評應試者任何素質,但在人員甄選實踐中,并不是以面試去測評一個人的所有素質,而是有選擇地用面試去測評它最能測評的內容。

            面試測評的主要內容如下。

            (1)儀表風度。這是指應試者的體型、外貌、氣色、衣著舉止、精神狀態等。像國家公務員、教師、公關人員、企業經理人員等職位,對儀表風度的要求較高。研究表明,儀表端莊,衣著整潔,舉止文明的人,一般做事有規律,注意自我約束,責任心強,被試者應該注意著裝得體,舉止文雅,大方,表情豐富,回答問題要認真、誠實。

            (2)專業知識。了解應試者掌握專業知識的深度和廣度,其專業知識更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對專業知識筆試補充,面試對專業知識的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問題也更接近空缺崗位對專業知識的需求。

            (3)工作實踐經驗。一般根據查閱應試者的個人簡歷或求職登記表,作些相關的提問,查詢應試者有關背景及過去工作的情況,以補充、證實其所具有的實踐經驗,通過工作經歷與實踐經驗的了解,還可以考察應試者的.責任感、主動性、思維力、口頭表達能力及遇事的理智狀況等。

            (4)口頭表達能力。一般觀察求職者能否將要向對方表達的內容有條理地、完整地、準確地轉達給對方;引例、用語是否確切;發音是否準確,語氣是否柔和;說話時的姿勢、表情如何。面試中應試者是否能夠將自己的思想、觀點、意見或建議順暢地用語言表達出來?疾斓木唧w內容包括:表達的邏輯性、準確性、感染力、音質、音色、音量、音調等。作為被試者在面試時應注意以下幾點:談話是否前后連貫;主題是否突出;思想是否清晰;說話是否有說服力。
