英文面試
如今，無論是在工作還是生活中，英語都變得十分重要。在一些外企中，英語面試變得越來越如同家常便飯，而如何讓自己在面試中脫穎而出、與眾不同，便成為了面試者的頭等要事。在實習生領域的話，海外企業和國內企業的英文面試不一樣的點大多是對英文的要求不同，海外企業一般對英文口語要求高一些，因為實習生出去不可避免地要用英文工作；國內（除了部分要求高的公司外）大部分英文面試的口語要求都不會特別高，有時候會出現半英文半中文的面試情況。
以前，有些怕面試。有面試機會，心里是既激動，又擔心。激動的是，終于有機會了，可是擔心的是，我不知道在面試的時候說些什么。尤其那些面試的人，要我用英語做自我介紹時，我都說不話來。因為我連中文都不知道該如何介紹，更何況英文？其實簡歷上都寫著了，干嘛還要我們再說一遍呢，唉……
不過最近的三次面試，總算讓我重拾了點信心。因為前段時間，要我的老外朋友幫我寫了點英語自我介紹的內容，自己再加工一下，就成了我認為比較理想的introduction。去地王大廈面試的那天上午，我對著鏡子練習了好幾遍。所以去那面試的時候，那個lady叫我說點什么的時候，我心里還是有些緊張，一開始說也有些結結巴巴。但至少，我全部都說出來了。頭一次，我用英語說完了我的introduction。我對我的英文從來都是持否定的態度，但是那一刻，我心里真的很興奮。我總算鼓起勇氣跨過那個鴻溝。之后那個lady問我能不能干包裝類的活，還叫我去看看其他人是如何做的。再后來又叫我做采購買個白化油。她無非就是想測試我的能力。我都完成了，估計比那個在她手下做的女生完成得更好。一直搞到6點半左右，我才從地王大廈回來�；貋淼臅r候，那個老外老板還說晚上會給我電話，可是什么都沒有。Nothing！估計呀，這次的是泡湯了。
前天又去面試了，面試的是英文秘書。以前最沒勇氣面試英語類的工作。因為我對自己的英文實在沒一點信心。那個面試的考官英語水平實在差，要我說個自我介紹都啰嗦了半天。雖然還是有些緊張，但我還是全部都說了出來，說得還比較自然點。他當時給了我一個這樣的回答：“你的口語很美式化。你能不能告訴我，你是怎么做到的？你比前面兩個來面試的人，口語要好多了�！敝笪揖透f了原因。但是唯一讓他很不滿意的是，我的英語等級。我的很多英語等級都沒有通過，也是最怕面試的時候人家問我這個問題。這次難逃一劫，我還是實話實說。他肯定對我的英語有些失望。所以我又問了他幾個相關的工作問題后，面試差不多就結束了。他說那天是第一天面試，還要一段時間才能確定哪些人復試。不過啊，聽到我那個英語等級，他估計是不會再找我了。又沒戲了。不過呢，至少開始得到了他的口語發音肯定，心里還是挺喜悅的。沒想到，還有人對我的口語持肯定態度。呵呵，信心又足了點，面試也沒以前那么恐怖了。至少，這也是我的一個進步吧。
昨天的面試進行的不是太順利。估計是我回答問題不夠好，所以讓她感覺我不適合那個工作。不過開始只是做翻譯，還居然沒用英文面試，所以很放松，也不再擔心什么。
這幾天，說不上好，但是對面試信心足了，整個人也更加自信了，以后也不再畏懼了。我把面試經驗都寫出來了。大家也多多加油哦.
